Our philosophy is to provide an opportunity for young cricketers at school and club level to maximise their ability through a variety of coaching programmes delivered at a local level.

Our highly experienced and qualified coaches are passionate about developing a life-long love and enthusiasm for the game of cricket. Developing the skills of emerging players is something all Elite coaches can relate to, having had the experience of playing and coaching cricket at school, club, district and county level. All Elite Cricket Coaching Staff are ECB qualified, CRB checked and hold the relevant ECBCA insurance as well as spending over 100 hours coaching at various levels.
